- We are currently collecting data about the children in our East Africa community.
- If you have children attending Weld County School District 6, the East Africa Community of Colorado (EACC) would like to help you and your children have a wonderful school year.
- We are working to bridge the communication gap between you and your student's school and teachers in the school district.
- Please drop by the EACC and register you and your student's name, address, age, and school attending so we can better inform you of Weld County School District 6 Parent Meetings or help you talk to your student's school or teacher.

SECONDLY. . .
- We are also working with the Weld County School District 6 Food and Nutrition Department.
- You will be receiving a form in the mail in English and Spanish about Free and Reduced School Lunches. Please come to the EACC and we will help you fill out your form.
DO NOT THROW THIS FORM AWAY -
BRING IT TO EACC -1424 13th Ave - GREELEY, CO - EACC WILL HELP YOU FILL IT OUT.
If you have students in Weld County School District 6, this is what the form looks like that is coming in the mail to you. When you get it, bring it to EACC and we will help you fill it out.
